RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to love your Nirvān Collective piece. If you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to accept returns under the following conditions.

Eligibility All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before initiating any return to receive the return address and step-by-step instructions.

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are borne entirely by the buyer, regardless of your location. We do not provide prepaid return labels for any orders — whether within the EU or internationally.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

International Orders (e.g. Switzerland, UK, Norway) For orders shipped outside the European Union, please note that any customs duties or import taxes paid on the original shipment are non-refundable. We are unable to reimburse these charges under any circumstances.

How to Start a Return Contact us at Email Ihre E-Mail number with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
