1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) through our online shop www.nirvanarottweil.com for clothing, accessories, and related products.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

By clicking the button “Order with obligation to pay”, you submit a binding order (§ 312j (3) BGB).

A contract is only concluded once we accept your order by sending a shipping confirmation via email.

3. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal according to § 355 BGB.

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.

If an item is unavailable, we will notify you immediately.

6. Retention of Ownership

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Liability for Defects and Warranty

If the purchased item is defective, the statutory provisions on liability for defects apply.

Goods delivered with obvious transport damage are to be complained about by the Customer to the deliverer and reported to the Seller. If the Customer fails to comply with this, it has no effect on their legal or contractual warranty claims.

8. Applicable Law

German law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
